Join us for a hosted journey through some of Oregon’s gems this September! This little trip is dynamic as it will allow you to capture the vastness of this unique state with the bold coastline, ancient crater lake, waterfalls, stunning Mt. Hood and much more! All you have to do is show up with a positive attitude and a tent to sleep in! We will take care of the rest 🙂

Friday Sep 1 (Day 1)- Wine tasting and dinner included
Meet at desired pick up location to get in the van
Grab lunch and small city tour of the Portland area
Drive to wine country and enjoy a tasting from one of the nations best wineries
Drive around 4 hours south to Sunset Bay State Park to catch a coastal sunset
Enjoy a dinner along the coast with potential campfire
Camp at Sunset Bay State Park
Saturday Sep 2 (Day 2)- Dinner included
Wake up by the sea and enjoy a morning walk and cup of coffee
Drive around 4 hours through Grants Pass (scenic drive) to Crater Lake National Park
Enter park and drive up to the rim for a panoramic view of the lake for lunch
Drive to set up camp in the national forest outside of the park and enjoy an included dinner amongst the trees
Camp for the night
Sunday September 3 (Day 3) Lunch included
Wake up at scenic campsite nestled in the forest along the creek and enjoy breakfast and coffee
Drive into national park and hike the Cleetwood Cove Trail (2.2 miles round trip) to the shore of the lake where you can submerge in and enjoy the cerulean blue waters of this special land feature
Leave national park and drive around 1.5 hours to Bend, Oregon to enjoy a bite to eat at a local brewery
Drive around 15 minutes to Tumalo State Park to set up camp
Monday Sep 4 (Day 4) Breakfast included
Wake up and enjoy breakfast and coffee at state park
Walk to see waterfalls and pack up camp
Drive around 2.5 hours to Top Spur Trailhead in the Mt. Hood National Forest
Enjoy the moderate 2.1 mile loop to see epic views of Mt. Hood and the valley beneath it
Drive back to Portland to end trip
These will be very full days as we will be starting our days around 8 am and ending around 9 pm. We like to soak up every bit of sunlight we have in the day. The hiking is moderate and you will have many moments to enjoy and relax at certain locations to really take in the beauty. We are willing to help you set up your camp, cook your meals, or assist with anything to make your journey more enjoyable. Once you secure a deposit and spot on the trip a more detailed itinerary will be available. We look forward to taking you on a wild ride!
