Join me on this journey as I delve into the reasons behind my choice—the people, the history, the landscape, and the culture. Every aspect of this breathtakingly beautiful nation is etched into my soul.

Embark on this trip to explore the charming town of Cape Town, surrounded by scenic mountains and shores. Immerse yourself in the history of apartheid, visit the southernmost point of Africa, encounter the big five on a thrilling safari, and drive along the picturesque Garden Route, stopping at various hiking trails and serene beaches.

Day 1: Upon your arrival in Cape Town, you will be transferred to the waterfront hotel for a relaxing afternoon. Later in the day, we will gather for a group meeting to discuss the upcoming itinerary and get acquainted with everyone. The evening will culminate with a delightful welcome dinner at Karibu African Restaurant. (D)

Day 2: Our Cape Town adventure kicks off with a cable car ascent to Table Mountain, offering breathtaking panoramic views of arguably the most beautiful city where mountains gracefully meet the sea, and vibrant colors paint the landscape. After the cable car experience, our journey continues with a visit to Robben Island. The day concludes with a spectacular sunset at Camps Bay, providing an unforgettable end to our exploration. (B)

Day 3: Embark on a captivating Cape Point Peninsula Tour, beginning with a scenic drive along Chapman’s Peak Drive, offering awe-inspiring coastal views. Explore Cape Point and the iconic Cape of Good Hope, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans converge. Witness the charm of African penguins at Boulder Beach before concluding the day at Gold Restaurant for a delightful dinner accompanied by lively drumming. Return to Cape Town for an overnight stay, reflecting on the day’s blend of natural wonders and cultural experiences. (B, D)

Day 4: Embark on a journey to the Garden Route Game Lodge on Day 4. Start the morning with a captivating boat ride on a catamaran in Gordons Bay . Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the Garden Route Game Lodge before venturing into the wild on an exhilarating 3-hour afternoon game drive. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings and encounter the diverse wildlife that inhabits this enchanting game reserve. (B, L, D)

Day 5: Embark on a morning game drive after breakfast, immersing ourselves in the captivating wilderness. Following this, we’ll explore the Dias Museum in Mossel Bay, delving into its rich history. Our journey continues as we head to our accommodation at Wilderness Beach Backpackers, where we can unwind and reflect on the day’s adventures. (B.)

Day 6: Embark on an exhilarating day filled with adventure as we kickstart the morning with a 4+ hour Kloofing tour along a nearby river. For those unfamiliar with Kloofing, it involves navigating through a canyon by maneuvering over rocks and rappelling down waterfalls. A local Kloofing expert will guide us throughout, providing a unique and intimate experience of South Africa’s captivating canyons. This immersive adventure promises an unforgettable exploration of nature’s wonders. (B)

Day 7: Embark on a picturesque journey to Tsitsikamma via Knysna and Plettenberg Bay, traversing the stunning Storms Bridge and coastal landscapes. Our final destination is the welcoming Wild Spirit Backpackers. After settling in, you’ll have the option to take a drive down to Natures Valley, offering a breathtaking opportunity to witness the sunset and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. (B)

**Note you will have the option to bungee jump this day at one of the worlds tallest bungee jumping points**

Day 8: Discover Tsitsikamma National Park with a hike along part of the Otter Hiking Trail. Enjoy the stunning scenery, then return to Wild Spirit for a peaceful evening around the campfire. It’s a great time to relax and reflect on the day’s adventures in the beautiful wilderness. (B.)

Day 9: Departing to commence our journey back towards Cape Town, our first stop will be Oudtshoorn, renowned as the Ostrich capital of the world. We’ll explore the Featherbed Nature Reserve through a guided walk, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. As the day concludes, we will indulge in a traditional South African Braai, adding a flavorful touch to our memorable experiences. (B, L, D)

Day 10: Embarking on our return journey to Cape Town, participants will have the option to visit Kirstenbosch, a beautiful botanical garden nestled in the heart of the city. Additionally, we have arranged for one more night of accommodation at a hotel in Cape Town, ensuring convenience for those whose flights are scheduled for the following day. (B)
